These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Site. They govern your use of the website only. If you are an ExpatEmergency member or are considering purchasing a membership, your membership rights and obligations are governed separately by the Member Service Agreement.
The Site is operated by ExpatEmergency LLC ("ExpatEmergency," "we," "us," or "our"), a company providing 24/7 bilingual emergency coordination services to expatriates living in Latin America. Our registered address and contact details are set out in Section 14.

The Site is intended for informational purposes and to allow prospective and current members to learn about and purchase ExpatEmergency services. You agree to use the Site only as intended and not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Site.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the compilation thereof — is the property of ExpatEmergency LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

If you purchase an ExpatEmergency membership through the Site, your rights and obligations as a member are governed by the Member Service Agreement, which is a separate legal document. The Member Service Agreement covers coverage categories, exclusions, refunds, liability limits, arbitration, and all other terms specific to your membership.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Member Service Agreement, the Member Service Agreement takes precedence with respect to membership-related matters.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from use of the Site that is not related to a membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
