Yes. Your ExpatEmergency membership covers you and your immediate household — spouse and dependent children living at the same address. Everyone in the house can call the line in an emergency.

No. There is no call limit. You can call as many times as you need throughout the year. Whether it's one emergency or ten, your membership covers every call.

We currently cover Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and Ecuador — including cities, towns, and rural areas. Coverage is expanding regularly. If you're unsure whether your area is included, call us and we'll confirm.

The map shows our primary coverage zones, but we assist expats across all regions of our covered countries. Call us — if we can help, we will. We don't turn away members in genuine emergencies.
